On our most recent shipment, a few cases were received damaged. The incense sticks are absolutely fine. It's just the outer box which may be damaged, torn or missing. This may be an excellent deal for folks who don't care about how the box looks but still would like to get the same high quality incense sticks at a big discount. If your total order amount is over $30, a small shipping charge of $6.95 per box will be added. The actual shipping cost is more than this. We subsidize the rest. You will not see this charge at checkout. It will be added later when we process your order. |
